Openpilot: Late stopped car detection

Stopped car detection has been working pretty well on 0.8 Came across this instance where I had to apply brakes because lead car wasnt detected until then. May be because the lead car was up hill ?

Expected behavior
Model should have detected stopped car at signal

Thanks for the report. We are planning to use more sophisticated logic (like e2e) for longitudinal planning in the future, difficult to understand scenes like this will probably not improve until then.
