When an order is created, but the user aborts the order or does not pay, the user should receive an email after the order time is finished.
There is already an email in the admin message section listed. The user should also receive a notification in that case. Please activate options by default.

There is a much more important bug. Monthly invoice mails are erroring out and not going. Since this happens once a month, it is hard to debug. Please take that issue up on priority and add tests for it
