Open-event-server: Implement Feature Set and Ticket Creation following Industry Standards

Add features outlined in the below screenshot including

• [x] multiple tickets
• [x] delete and hide options
• [x] following below layout
• [x] hide/unhide ticket services

@shivamMg I just realized that this issue got closed at one point, but still is not finished. Please change the design to closer match the design of this screenshot.

Currently I see the differences are very big.

Please ensure ticket sales starts immediately after it is set (set the current day). Surely the user can change it still.

As an end date, please set the end date of the event. (Compare to eventbrite for questions.)
