From issue #832: Add the economic concept of production.
Wikipedia defines/describes production as: _Production is the process of combining various material inputs and immaterial inputs (plans, know-how) in order to make something for consumption (output). It is the act of creating an output, a good or service which has value and contributes to the utility of individuals._
I am aware that
I added both labels oeo-social and oeo-physical as it is not obvious to me to which module this concept fits best.
We already have primary energy production (_a process that prepares raw material for its use as primary energy carrier._), which should be a subclass of production.
A shortened version of the Wikipedia definition could look like this:
_Production is the process of combining various inputs in order to create an output that has value and can be used by other processes._
Could we add any axiom to connect producer and production like: production has contributor producer?
The definiton of has contributor doesn麓t allow this object property (production won麓t be _information content entity / model_ because it will be a process)
What I mean is, if we use this definition, anything causes the production and we could use the correct object property to combine it.
I think the right axiom would be producer participates in some production with participates in being defined as _a relation between a continuant and a process, in which the continuant is somehow involved in the process_.
Are the oeo-social and economic aspects covered?
I could implement it.
