Guys, we discussed and decided to use the wiki instead of issues for the documentation, see notes of oeo developer meeting 8.2!
It becomes really confusing when changing the process after each meeting...

Unfortunately it seems to be necessary to upload a file to an issue in order to link it in the wiki. So i'm uploading the protocol here to link it in the wiki.

You can clone the wiki, there is a folder 'oeo-dev-docs', where you can add pdf files and link it to the wiki.
