include validation and types of it like cross-checked with other models, checked with measurements in the oeo.
I am aware that
@akleinau This comes from the factsheets, too, right? So I add the 1.1 milestone
Validation is a process.
Proposals:
I would formulate a bit different:
I assume you mean checking against other models or measurements in the sense of comparing your own modelling results with results from other models or comparing with measurements, right? If you check with you use the other data in your model.
@jannahastings : What do you say as a native speaker?

Yes I agree -- cross-checked against other models. Or against the results/outputs of other models?
Sometimes models also produce results for data points that lie in the past, for example when their year against which they calibrate lies in the past. Then the first few projected years may 'in the real' world be past years already. Would we want to include 'checked against empirical data' too?

Yes won't hurt, even if it's not in the factsheets right now. Maybe propose that?
So:
ready to implement?
Since the discussion seems finished, I'll implement this.
