Ontology: Trading and associated classes should be added

Description of the issue

The concept of trading with bid, awards, etc should be added to the ontology.

Ideas of solution

From the 5. Hack:

• Trading, bid and award are subclasses of process
• bid is an offer of a good for something in return
• bid is a part of trading
• award is a part of trading
• ausschreibung ~ call for tenders (works for services, not really for goods)

still missing: definitions for trading, bid, award and ausschreibung(?)

Still open are bid, award and ausschreibung ~ call for tenders. But we have also #376 where the same or similar concepts are discussed so I'll close this issue after the PR #745.
