Could you share the dates (freeze date, release date, etc) for 1.11.0?

As of now, we plan to release a new version around the 15th of every month. Freeze is one week before release.
Therefore, 1.11.0 is expected to be released on Nov. 16th, and freeze was last Monday, Nov. 9th. This release is going a bit loose. :)
