Same here. Is there any status page for the Debian repository that we can check? I'm unable to find one.

I actually ran apt-get update successfully around 4 hours ago (11:00 KST). There was no issue atm. and It started to complain about mirror after an hour (around 12:00 KST). So I think that link @tianon commented is not the case.
That post includes the context for why you should migrate off Jessie ASAP.
