Odoo: Save and Discard button in Apps form view

Steps to reproduce:

1) Go to Apps
2) Go to Module Info
3) You can see Save and Discard button in the form view which may be unused

Current behavior:
There seems a Save and Discard button in the form view for the Apps

Expected behavior:
Save and Discard button in the form view for the Apps is not required.
