this works now when routing the mouse from browse mode. But it still fails when using object navigation to move the nvda cursor to the image with nvda+shift+right arrow and routing the mouse with nvda+shift+m.
I am using laptop keyboard layout.
I got rather inconsistent results in both Chrome and Firefox. It appears to work better if the window is maximized, however it did not correctly rout every time in either browser and I wasn't able to tell when it would fail and when it would succeed. Routing the navigator object to current focus with NVDA+numpad minus was similarly inconsistent.
