Create a Node.js metrics page with the new design.
The new url could be something like nodejs.dev/sites/metrics or /metrics
I started a PR but closed it because I didn't have the time to do the styling. Feel free to continue where I left off. #791

Hi Ben 👋 I do not see anything in Figma for this page and I didn't want to make any assumptions on what /metrics should look like, being new to the project. 😅 Any additional info on what this page should look like with the new design? 🙂

Hi @benhalverson! Will the content be exactly the same as the link mentioned? If so, just styling is required for the sites/metrics.mdx page (as per your closed PR), right?
