Instructions unclear.. My mac turned into a pc. I need a refund.

It's a known bug caused by latest version of macOS, don't panic.

Have you tried turning off and on your Mac 42 times ? If yes, please, try one more time.

If it doesn't change, contact your nearest Apple Store, they may change your MacBook for a new one

After 2 hours, I have finally rebooted my pc successfully 42 times, and also

one more time

My pc seems to be stabilizing. I think its safe to say that its a mac again.
