Nocode: Remove this repo from github

Using github or the internet or a computer or any other medium to transfer this knowledge/nocode can be disastrous. There could be potential man in the middle attacks which can lead to availability, confidentiality, and integrity issues. We cannot have this.

We should transfer nocode via floppy.

@notque I think nocode should not be transferred at all. It is just too dangerous. In the example of a floppy, there are a lot of problems that can lead to problematic results. Let's go over a few of them below:

• A strong enough magnetic field can corrupt the data stored in the floppy
• A floppy reader can have a defective read/write head.
• The software/OS used to display the data can have bugs/malware
• Last but not the least, nocode can confuse others as they will see an empty floppy disk

This just covers only the points I could see as a potential problem. I'm pretty sure there are a lot more.
