Nivo: Existing component suited to creating Funnel Charts?

A standard form for visualizing a single value that changes (often shrinks) as it progresses through multiple steps is a Funnel Chart. This is especially useful in BI contexts.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Didn't see any chart forms currently supported by Nivo that would lend themselves to this. Some other charting libs offer Funnel Charts, though not all.

@plouc mentioned on Discord that there are no plans to add support for Funnel Charts right now but that PRs are welcome. Filing this feature request just so others can find it and know the status.

@plouc thanks for this just a question in your demo you have these headers for each separator but I cannot find the way to do that, is there a easy way to do it?
