tried running the and accepting the agreement but it doesnt show up, looking at task manager, the app is closing, logs doesnt help.

Same here. Newest version doesn't start. Tried first with update thru the miner and after that with downloading of the newest version and a clean install. OS Windows 10 64bit.
It doesn't work for me too. Win 10 x64.
Looks like it might be related to agreeing to the TOS. I installed from the zip package as usual and had no problems. Before running, I copied the internals and config folders from my last version (1.9.22) to the new installation. 3.0.0.3 ran with no issues. Are you copying your old configs? If not, you'd have to reconfigure and rebench every time from scratch, and might have to reconfirm the TOS, which seems to be hanging up on some discrepancy here. There is a line in configs/General.json file "AgreedWithTOS": 4, that might have something to do with this.
Im having similar issue. Ive upgraded from 1.9 via installer and nothing works.
Ive opened install dir and found new sub directory app_3.0.0.3
Ive moved all contents from this folder to 'NiceHash Miner' folder and start nicehash as usuall.
All works fine exept from autoupdate. It just hangs up...
I'd imagine that rearranging the file and directory structure would result in breaking the software. I always recommend installing from zip file....there's really no reason that I can see to use the installer with this software and all it seems to do is restrict where you can put it on your filesystem. Maybe that's changed with v3 but I'm not sure. I don't know why they have the separate directory for the program now, other than perhaps to clean up the main directory (EDIT: might have something to do with the new auto updates), but I have had no issues running with the new directory and file structure using the NiceHashMiner.exe in the main directory.

Made clean reinstall. It helps.
But after i put old config, NHM don't start. I figured out that problem in option: Allow multiple instances.
If you disable this option in config or in settings, or its disabled in your existing config then NHM fails to start. Enabling this option in config file will fix NHM.
Still doesn't work for me. Tried install package, tried zip package. Nothing happens when you start application. Even the window for accepting terms doesn't show up. Ended installing the old 1.9.2.22 version again.
Same here, clean reinstall didn't help. Also went back to 1.9.22
i too can confirm that a clean install doesnt help. after the two "agree to terms and service" windows i get nothing.... no processes or tasks....just stops.

Open config/General.json and check that you have:
"AllowMultipleInstances": true,
If its false, then change to true. After i changed this setting to true i was able to update all my rigs with no issues.
@xtrime-ru : checked that before doing clean reinstall, it was true. Didn't check after clean reinstall, though...
It is true in the old version. New version doesn't even create that file.

It will not start... At all. Doesn't even try to.
Literally nothing happens other than a brief (less than 2 seconds) "loading circle" in place of the mouse cursor after clicking.
