Ngrok: Tunnel session failed: The tunnel https://mytunnel.ngrok.io is already bound to another tunnel session

Trying to create a http tunnel and getting this error message.

I also see two tunnels online in the web dashboard. I have killed all my processes, changed the auth token, restarted, everything, still no dice.

recommendations?

the tunnels disappeared automatically after few hours and am able to connect now. Would be nice to be able to explicitly kill unresponsive tunnels.
