Ngrok: Feature request: `X-Forwarded-For` and `X-Forwarded-Proto` for tls tunnels

Basically the same as #293 but without the request for enabling other custom headers ;)

We want to be able to use our custom domain, but the lack of this feature is currently preventing us from doing so. Currently on a Business plan, considering downgrading :(

Using the TLS mode with TLS termination by the ngrok client and my API needs to receive the X-Forwarded-For header.

I would like ngrok to forward X-Forwarded-Proto as well, or allow me to force a value for any header in ngrok.yml
