Newpipe: Rebuild Downloads List

Describe the feature you want

After moving from F-Droid to direct APK install, exporting/importing settings, etc, I noted that my downloads history list is blanked. It would definitely be nice if this list could be rebuilt by scanning the download DIRs or a JSON log file in the download DIRs (for example).

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it

I would describe this a user exp problem. My downloads are there but there isn't a way to select and play, instead I'm required to go into a file explorer / media player, and look manually.

Additional context

How will you/everyone benefit from this feature?

I imagine it would be a very simply implementation whilst also solving the issue of downloads being hidden to the user who might believe they have been deleted, which isn't very nice at all.
