Nes.css: Add default (arrow) cursor

The current default/auto cursor is being confused as a cursor: pointer. Users are expecting things to be clickable when they see the "hand".

Would be helpful to have a stylized arrow cursor as an option. Thanks!

  • Cursor written with 16x16 pixels. like this cursor-click.png
