```
  • Nemo version: 3.8.4
  • Is issue with desktop or windowed nemo? Both
  • Distribution - (Mint 17.2, Arch, Fedora 25, etc...): Mint 19
  • Graphics hardware and driver used: AMD 6400M/7400M
  • 32 or 64 bit - 64 Bit
    ```

Issue
Unexpected behavior when navigating files using keyboard arrow keys at a particular place if the filename is too long and the mouse is hovering over it to show full filename.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place enough files in a folder so that you have at least 3 rows of files.
  2. Rename a file in the middle row and make the name long(at least 20/30 words)
  3. Keep your mouse over the renamed file so that the full name is visible.
  4. go to the start of bottom row using keyboard, and trying moving right, it will loop at the place where the long name overlaps the file in bottom row.
    Note: GIF attached for ref

Expected behaviour
Instead of looping and going to the upper row, it should go right as expected
