Issue
Nemo Desktop icon size always reset to "Normal" on boot.
Steps to reproduce
I changed the "Icon Size" to Small from "Customize" menu

It's related to "Ignore per-folder view preferences" setting. If I disabled that settings from "File Management Preferences"->"Behavior" tab nemo remember the desktop icon size. Otherwise completely ignore the icon size setting from Desktop->Customize.
