Moya: Use of undeclared type 'ParameterEncoding'

I updated my pod so Moya 10.0.1 was installed and now my project won't build. I was using 10.0.0. I reviewed a diff between 10.0.0 and 10.0.1 using Filemerge but didn't see any obvious issue. Attached is a screenshot of what I see.

I deleted my Pods folder and ran pod update and everything is fine now. I don't know what happened.
