After a contribution is made, @shiffman @yining1023 we should make sure to add each person's contributions by using the all-contributors bot command as shown above.

• For PRs we can add people once we've reviewed the PR.
• For other contributions, we can do it as we close the issue or create an issue to add the new contributor.
