I have no idea if y'all have any control over this but if y'all don't, it'd be appreciated if you told whoever does. I believe that Calculator and XAML Controls Gallery both have custom title bars.
It's strange that UWP apps have either no animation of use the Fluent reveal effect while the native win32 controls usually fade out when pointer hover ends. Then there's WPF and other UI frameworks that don't have any animation like some WinUI controls. God, this paragraph is confusing but I hope it gets my points across.
