Metabase: Add release log to Line, Area or Bar charts

Hi guys! Thank you for great product!

One of the good features for BI product is an ability to add the annotation to the chart because every time users review charts they ask "What happened this day/week/month?".

For example we already have a table "Releases" with columns "Release datetime" and "Release description". If we add this table to our charts it will be amazing.
