Meshery: How can I run the Go file on my windows OS

I want to make my first open source contribution. I have downloaded the Go software but I find it difficult to run the go file on my windows machine (the make run-local command in the contributing.md isnt working). help!

This problem happend because your windows version is low or windows is not active。If you don't active window you can install
Docker Toolbox for Windows follow this document to use docker.
