Meshcentral: Ability to change startup type of Windows Services (and disable them)

Clicking the Tools button at the bottom right of MeshCentral's Desktop tab brings up an overview of running processes, which can be switched via tabs at the top to an overview of Services available on the remote system. Currently, clicking on one of those services brings up options to Start, Stop, or Restart the service.

I'd like to suggest that you add the ability to change what the service manager in Windows calls the "Start up type" between Manual, Automatic, and Automatic (Delayed Start). It would also be nice to be able to disable services.

Good ask. This is one Bryan has to look at. If it's already supported in the MeshAgent, I will need to work on getting server-side support for this.

This functionality is already in the agent, so it should only require updating the UI/Webpage to hook it up. I'll let Ylian know
