Currently, no lint check is setup

Describe the solution you'd like

Setup ktlint for this project. Also add github actions that will perform the lint check.

Great issue @epicadk , I agree with this. I feel silly sometimes asking for changes for coding style without a proper reference. I mentioned this before on Zulip. I will assign it to you.
