Mentorship-android: Updated profile does not show if the fragment is not refreshed

Describe the bug
When the user updates their profile information, On pressing save button, the updated profile is not fetched.
To fetch the updated profile the user has to refresh the profile.

Expected behavior
The updated profile should be automatically fetched on click of save button.

Hi @Priyansh-Kedia and @isabelcosta. I've tested the issue and can confirm what @Priyansh-Kedia referred to. The bug does exist and not showing the update upon profile changes submitted by user. 😉
