The Changes made on PR #1019 doesn't get reflected on the ReadMe of the Repository, Add the Updated ScreenShot the Screen
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. check the changes in the PR #1019
2. And Go to Readme of anitab-org /mentorship-android
3. See error

Expected behavior
The Delete Account Feature has been Removed from the logout screen of the application
