Mentorship-android: Add attribute of content description to all widgets to make app Talkback compatible

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Tested the app for accessibility and found that the app is not compatible for Talk back feature in Android; generally used by visually impaired.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding the content description attribute for all widgets can solve the problem. This will provide user a basic idea for every widget clicked.

Additional context
Make sure that content descriptions added are apt to the widget they are added to.
eg:
For Settings icon: Settings
For Logout Button: Logout from the account
Find Members button: Find members
etc.

@Sommie09 its good that you have completed the task but I cannot assign you the issue as you have already been assigned other issues for which you haven't raised a PR yet.

Moreover, I suggest you to follow the program guidelines in future and not work on an issue until assigned.

@Sommie09 You don't need to wait for your PR to be merged. You only have to wait until it has been approved by a mentor. So please comment on the PR and ask mentors to review it. Also, do make sure you have linked the issue to that PR so we know which PR fixes which issue.

Yes @raksh543. The purpose is to make the app talkback compatible. You may search a bit about Talkback feature in Android phones to know better.
