Mentorship-android: When device is changed it orientation tasks are automatically increasing

Description

In the tasks when the device is changed to landscape mode the initial 3 tasks are getting reloaded once again so it became 6 tasks

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to tasks
2. Change the device into landscape mode
3. once again come back to portrait mode
4. See error

Expected behavior
The initial tasks should remain the same if we change the orientation of the device

@isabelcosta changing the orientation on the tasks page caused a crash for me. RelationFragment is missing a default constructor, so the system is not able to restore the fragment on its own. The default constructor was removed in PR #134

I don't see a TasksActivity in the current repo. Is this defect still valid to be worked on?
