Mattermost-server: Allow users to access recent searches

We should show a maximum of 5 results sorted by Recency.
The results appear below the search options.
And the max height for the popup should be 550px.
While hovering a specific recent search, you get an “x” icon to clear the search. On hover, it says “Clear”.
