Mattermost-server: Add custom resource labels for Green and Blue deployments in the Mattermost Operator

This ticket is about adding the support of custom resource labels for Green and Blue deployments in the Mattermost Operator.

At the moment the Mattermost operator supports custom resource labels as it can be seen here, which when set are applied in all Mattermost deployments. As part of this ticket support for dedicated blue and green resource labels should be added.

For that to happen the BlueGreen configuration should be adapted.
