Mattermost-server: Keyboard shortcut to open/close the right-hand sidebar

Expected: CTRL/CMD + . opens or closes the right-hand sidebar. When opening, open to whatever content was previously open in the sidebar.

If that content is no longer available (ie removed from the channel, thread get's deleted, etc), show the empty search results screen.
