Material-components-web-components: Unable to install @material/mwc-card

After running:

$ npm i @material/mwc-card
npm ERR! code E404
npm ERR! 404 Not Found: @material/mwc-card@latest

This is running on a fresh new element created with polymer init and selecting the Polymer 3 element option

See the note in Readme saying "These components are still a work in progress".

I suggesting keeping the only one issue open for npm publishing, and create a checklist there.

@TimvdLippe without your care this repo is getting the tons of this kind of issues quickly. I was impressed by your cleanup in Polymer repo, so do you mind taking a look at this one too? Kevin, Steve and Dan seem to be busy atm.

BTW, we could consider adding the table similar to what we have in Vaadin components repo. I can submit a PR, if you guys think this is a good idea.
