Material-components-android: [BottomNavigationView] Provide horizontal positioning for items (icon + label)

Material Design specification describes that in the lanscape mode or for tablets it is fine to show item label next to the item icon:

Currently BottomNavigationView does not provide any option for changing item label positioning. It would be great to have an attribute like labelOrientation="horizontal|vertical" or labelGravity="start|top|end|bottom"
