Materia-theme: Libreoffice with black ruler

Actual Issue

In the libreoffice writer the tabulator ruler is just black. And in libreoffice draw the ruler as well as the background of the preview panel are just black. See the following screenshots:

I applied this workaround https://github.com/nana-4/materia-theme/issues/122#issuecomment-543731136
This works so far. But it is just a workaround and not a fix. Will this be fixed in the theme or has this been reported to libreoffice upstream?

This seems to have happened due to our recent changes. I'll fix this as soon as possible.
