Mastodon: Ability to add hashtags to lists
User can subscribe to hashtags adding them to the lists.

The current way of following subjects via hashtag is by having a pinned search result column with added hashtags. This is a feature of the multi column layout. If we use the mobile layout, or the simplified layout becomes the default, we lose this ability. I don't think the use case is best served by a UI solution anyway, but is the same kind of thing as defining a list of people. So I'd like to bump the above suggestion, to have the ability to add hashtags as well as people in lists. Hopefully the implementation that currently fills the pinned search result column can be transported to the list system.
(actually following hashtags in your home timeline may be a different thing)
