Mailspring: Error syncing after update to 1.7.1

There is an issue in syncing with mail after the update to 1.7.1
on both Windows and Ubuntu systems.

Sending emails don't work most of the time and when it is sent, no tracking working (paid account)

I downgraded to 1.6.3 and everything worked fine, but the problem is with auto update once restarted, so please either fix this issue, or tell me how to stop the auto update

Hey..

I also experienced the same sync issue after upgrading to 1.7.1 on Mac OS. I downgraded to 1.7.0 to restore the sync functionality.

Just updated to version 1.7.2.. still the same issue, now it doesn't send at all.. please revert to version 1.6.3 and remove the auto update in windows, I can't use the email at all now

I'm having the same issue.

Since 1.7.1 on Mac this is an error every 2 minutes orso... (screenshot)
Issue persists with 1.7.2 update.

Triple checked all mail settings, they are 100% correct.
Checked with my webhost, they have no known errors.

I'm running Mac OS 10.11.6 (latest version I can use since i'm on a 2009 Mac Pro)
Error message attached.

I have tried rebuilding cache, uninstalled Mailspring completely, then reinstalled it, updated connection settings, deleted accounts then added them again... issue remains...

I was able to get around this issue for now until you release a better version by installing version 1.6.3 and then deleting the update file from C:\Users\usernameAppData\Local\Mailspring to prevent it from updating till I get a confirmation that this issue has been resolved @bengotow hopefully you can fix this issue soon

Version 1.7.2 also did not resolve this issue for me on Linux.

It's been one month and still no fix or update. Sad to say but i'm switching mail client for good. Unfortunately Mailspring has proven to be unreliable. Too bad cause I loved it.
