Mac-precision-touchpad: Merge SPI code & KM+UM code sharing

SPI model is done in private branch, need to be merged into master / hid-v2 branch. Other improvements like precise timing need to be backported to USB version too.

Mark issue #66, #64, #36, #33, #35 closed.

Code pushed to hid-spi branch, refine work needed.

  • Move synchronous IOCTL requests to asynchronous IOCTL requests
  • Verify D0 -> D3, D3 -> D0 transition fully with WHQL kit
  • Add more models (easy) instead of hard-coded value for MacBook 12inch
  • EV signing for KM driver (someone will do that for me)
