Mac-precision-touchpad: 1806 release not working on MacBook Pro 2016 Escape

The driver installed properly but the curser disappeared right after installing. Didn't come back after a reboot. #118 seems to imply that support for the MBP13,1 is live but it definitely seems like it is not working.

Build 1806 downloaded from releases page this morning, installed using device manager, WDK 1806

Check if you got a power state failure report in device manager.

Nope! Driver just won't start.

• Enable kernel logging and install the driver

Nothing shows up in DebugView when I install the driver.
