Live-share: Unable to use visual studio live-share

For some reason, it's been non-functional for a long time
Installed it various times, by cleaning stuff, still didn't work

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

  1. Unable to Start, Join any collaboration, says command not found
share and join startup

This started after the connected client shut down while I was still connected and after that my vscode liveshare has been unable to function.
