Live-share: VS CodeLens Support

We don't yet support Code Lens in VS for the guest in a Live Share session. It's on our backlog! I would estimate it's about 3 months out.

Hey @jamesmcguirepro , this is something that Live Share supports (in VS Code). Where are you seeing it not working?

@daytonellwanger I can't speak for James, but I'm not seeing it in Visual Studio 2019 (I have professional). Haven't tried it in VS code, but my team works in VS2019

To be clear the Liveshare host can see codelens just fine. Just those connected to the codelens session don't see it
