Issue Type: Bug
If host has active debugging session guest cannot join. If host stops debugging session, guest can then join. Host then starts debugging session then both host and guest can collaborate as expected.

@jramsay That was quick work! Thanks, this has now been solved in the latest update.
Edit: Spoke too soon, but found something that may help. We changed the 'Join Debug Session Option' from automatic to 'Manual' which solves it. 'Prompt' or 'Automatic' are the 2 settings that stop the guest from being able to join the host.
