Linuxgsm: [gmodserver] +r_hunkalloclightmaps 0 will soon become useless

My request has finally been accepted after 2 years.

We will soon be able to remove +r_hunkalloclightmaps 0 from start parameters.

"r_hunkalloclightmaps" = "r_hunkalloclightmaps" ( def. "0" )

It's been set by default, we can remove it from default config!
