Lila: "only accepts challenges ..." popup should only show up after the challenge attempt

I don't know what rating the "only accepts challenges if rating is ± 300" setting is based on, but the related popup shows up immediately after I press the challenge button. However, it might not be correct for the variant I want to challenge the player in. So, this popup should only show up after I actually attempt to make the challenge.

For top players to avoid getting spammed with challenges in variants they don't play, I think you should also only be allowed to challenge players with this setting in non-provisional variants.
