Light-client: Update to Alderaan

Description

Now that Alderaan is out it makes sense to update the test environment and integration image to Alderaan.

I'll setup testenv002 tomorrow and also push a new docker container.

Alright after talking to Christian and Kelsos we decided to go with an Alderaan compatible demo environment.
I set everything up using the following specs

Please give the DNS entries some time to spread. As the time of writing the entry isn't propagated yet, so the PFS/MATRIX isn't reachable yet.

It seems like something with the certificates went broke... I recreated it and need to wait a bit now. Hopefully, everything resolves automatically tomorrow. Otherwise, you guys will need to wait one more day....
